
There’s nothing more refreshing than a good glass of smoothie made from your favorite fresh fruits. Summer is coming and it’s time to redo some classic smoothie recipes. Get inspired by the following recipes that we have selected for you!
Watermelon Cherry Smoothie

- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2-3 chucks of watermelon
- 2 cups fresh
- 2 cups fresh cherries
- 1 apple – chopped (optional)
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Mix all the fruits together. Then, add bit by bit the water and the ice cubes. If you want to you can add a bit of honey. Now, serve the smoothie immediately.
Pina Colada Smoothie

- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- ½ cup pineapple or pina colada juice
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add some more ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately.
Mango Yogurt Smoothie

- 2 fresh mangoes or 2 cups of frozen mango
- 1 banana
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until the texture becomes creamy. Garnish with lime and mint if desired. Enjoy!
Blueberry Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

- 1 cup coconut milk (it could also be almond or oat milk)
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries & blueberry
- ½ fresh strawberries
- ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. honey optional
Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender for 2 min until it’s smooth and creamy. Serve it and enjoy with no moderation!
Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie

- 1 small banana
- ½ c. milk
- 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 ice cubes
In a blender, combine banana and peanut butter milk. Add some ice cubes. Blend until mixture is smooth. Taste it and serve it without further ado!
Carrot Cake Smoothie

- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 banana
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Mix all the ingredients in a blender for 2 min until it’s smooth and creamy. Serve it in 2 glasses.
Blackberry Raspberry Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tbsp. honey
Add milk, yogurt, honey and frozen berries to the blender, in that order. Blend it all for 2 minutes or until smooth and thick. If smoothie is too thick, add more milk or ice cubes.
Kiwi Lemon Smoothie

- 2 kiwis
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. honey, optional
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Taste it and serve it!
